From looking over the plans for the CEB press it appears that an ironworker and a torch table would be helpful but not essential

Open Source Ecology Prototypes
I don't see a cost estimate for this model, only what appears to be an incomplete list of materials.
I messaged OSE about this version and he said that "The ironworker has been built and tested, but not documented well. We took it to desructive testing, so it's not a machine that we are currently using."
Purchase a Model
I have a spreadsheet comparing various models that I found here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1oqxT1Jbvs_Mdc6rA9iajVHbS6HmH5ys0UFoL7hrG8i8. It appears that to get 101 tons of force requires about $14,000. This is also short of the 120 tons that OSE recommends and is quite expensive so at this time it seems that building our own model would be worth the invested time and money.
Other DIY Models
This guy made a few youtube videos documenting his build. It is a manual press and therefore limited to lighter metal.
