The first thing that needs to be done is to dig out the topsoil of the shed since topsoil does not make for good foundation material and to create a level floor.
In addition to digging out the topsoil, the foundation of the shed needs to be dug down to get to the more consolidated soils which are less prone to settlement. This perimeter needs to laid out so the corners are square and it matches the dimensions of the shed.
Decide if we want to place an interior drain and if so then place the pipe that will extend through the foundation.
A crushed gravel layer needs to be scattered around the shed foundation and place perimeter drainage lines.
A concrete foundation needs to be poured with rebar both sticking up for the cinder blocks and laying around the perimeter.
Cinder blocks need to be laid out such that they make square corners and the far edges of the blocks match the outside dimensions of the shed.
Place concrete mix in blocks and grout in the joints.
Cast anchor bolts in the concrete of the cinder blocks and place sill sealer on top of the cinder blocks before the 2 x 4 is mounted to the top.
6. Build shed on foundation.
7, Place interior drain if desired.
8. Place a layer of gravel in the shed
9. Place the pavers in the shed.
I need to find a new location for the shed. Mom suggested here next to the greenhouse but then she changed her mind after I dug out a foundation so I need to figure out a new spot. She doesn't want it anywhere that she will see it so I'm thinking I will need to put it in the forested part of the property.
Order more gravel
We need to decide where we want to stockpile additional gravel
We probably want at least some of it near the shed.
I'm not sure where Glen had bought gravel and I'm not sure where the best place to get gravel from.
I've listed the gravel pits below that I could find online.
I would be interested in what the transportation cost would be since it would take a lot of trips with our pickup to match that of a dump truck, we would have to be pretty careful not to overload the pickup, and we would have to deal with unloading it.

Mom said that she wanted the floor of the shed to consist of pavers. I think the shed is about 10' x 10' so we are looking at 100 sq. ft.
The cheapest pavers out of Home Depot and Lowes was these at Lowes (https://www.lowes.com/pd/Holland-Red-Charcoal-Concrete-Paver-Common-8-in-x-Actual-7-75-in-x-3-88-in/3010214)
We could place a trench drain in the shed and grade the pavers to it but I'm not sure if this is necessary.
