Rehabilitate and Map Drainage Pipes

• We get a lot of water that flows through the basement wall at the toe of the rock steps. We should capture the water that sheds off of the roof at the toe of these steps so it doesn't have a chance to flow into the basement.

• We need to fix the french drain that we put in by:
  • drilling more holes,
  • replacing the cleanout with a threaded fitting
  • dig out the outlet so it drains

• We could reduce the stagnant water at the outlet end of the ponds overflow pipe by digging a trench to the drainage ditch
