As part of the research/brainstorming phase of this project we need to:

• confirm that this something we want to invest time & money into building, operating, and maintaining,
• decide the design goals that we want including:
  • features, size, ect.
• decide on a location,
• decide on a water source,
• decide if we want to:
  • build one from a kit or
  • build one from scratch.
