Fix Foundation

One of the foundation footings on the far north side has settled and needs to be reset.

Solution #1

We could try to address this problem by simply resetting it.

Solution #2

We could alternatively place some concrete below the pier block to reduce future settlement. Digging the material and placing the concrete in the crawlspace would be difficult since there isn't much space to work in.

I'm curious about other ideas that people come up with. The deadline for the Research/Brainstorming phase is 8/1/2020.
