We need to figure out how the water is getting under the metal roofing panels so we can figure out how to are to seal it.
The drainage uphill of this chimney really doesn't have anywhere to go once it gets to the chimney. I've tried adding a lot of caulking at the uphill edge of the chimney but I don't think this is a good long term solution and I think we need to develop a better solution.
